There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an very nice stay at a hotel nestled amidst misty mountains. The location was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil sounds of falling water. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing a range of activities like hiking, bird watching, and even spice and tea tours. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered vegetarian options and was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was great.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of the resort was ideal, surrounded by tea gardens and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the resort were very kind and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.- The food served at the resort's restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The resort lacked some basic amenities, such as a swimming pool or a gym, which would have been nice to have during our stay. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with some areas showing signs of neglect.

During our Xmas stay in this cozy hotel, we really enjoyed the beautiful location surrounded by lush trees and the peaceful atmosphere. the nature walk was a great experience, led by knowledgeable staff. We also liked the food served in the restaurant, especially the local cuisine which was authentic and delicious.

the breakfast timings were a bit late for us, starting at 8.30 am.
